Three AI features support your invoicing workflow. Dunning optimisation recommends the best moment and tone for each follow-up step, tailored to that specific client's payment history. Write-off recommendation flags invoices that historical patterns suggest are unlikely to be paid, so you can act early. Duplicate invoice detection compares each new invoice against all existing invoices and flags potential duplicates before sending.
AI in the quotation and search module
The quote text assistant writes professional line item descriptions from a few keywords — type 'replace kitchen tap' and the AI writes a complete, professional description. Quote translation translates the full quotation into the client's language with one click. Quote draft generation builds a complete first draft from a short works description. Semantic search finds similar quotes by meaning — search for 'bathroom renovation' and also find quotes mentioning 'sanitary installation' or 'bathroom tiling'.
AI in service contracts and CODA import
Service contract anomaly detection flags unusual patterns in contract usage or costs — for example, a contract that normally invoices €200/month suddenly charging €800. AI service recommendations suggest the optimal maintenance frequency per contract based on historical data. CODA payment matching re-ranks heuristically generated matches to surface the most likely invoice for each bank transaction first. All AI processing runs on EU-hosted infrastructure.
