When you generate an invoice from a quotation, all the line items, quantities, prices, VAT rates, and client details are carried over automatically. You review, adjust if needed, and send. The process takes seconds.
Late payment handled by law
Belgian law (Wet van 2 augustus 2002) entitles B2B contractors to charge interest and a flat-rate indemnity on late invoices automatically. QuotCraft calculates these amounts and can add them to a follow-up invoice with one click. Most contractors never use this right: QuotCraft makes it effortless.
Multiple delivery methods
Each client can have a preferred delivery method: email PDF, Peppol network, or download from the client portal. From 2026, Belgian B2B invoices must be delivered via Peppol. QuotCraft handles this automatically at no extra cost.
