Bank transfer reconciliation
Most UK B2B clients pay by Faster Payments or BACS bank transfer. Export your bank statement from your online banking as a CSV file and QuotCraft matches incoming payments to open invoices automatically. You see exactly which invoices are paid and which are still outstanding — no manual cross-referencing required.
Automatic reminders for late payments
Configure reminder sequences for unpaid invoices: a first reminder three days after the due date, a second reminder seven days later, and a final notice with a statement of statutory late payment interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. All sent automatically.
