How the integration works
You connect your existing wholesaler account once using your login credentials. Your catalogue then synchronises automatically with your contracted prices. When you build a quotation, you search the wholesaler catalogue directly from the line item editor — type the product reference or a search term and add the article with your contracted price, VAT rate, and unit. QuotCraft automatically calculates the selling price based on your target margin.
Purchase costs and margin management
Every imported price is tracked as a purchase cost and linked to the project. In your project margin report, you see the real-time ratio between revenue and purchase costs per job. Bulk margin updates let you adjust selling prices for an entire product category in one operation. You receive an alert when a supplier changes a price, so you can review your existing quotations.
