Built for the real world
Every feature in QuotCraft was shaped by time spent with real contractors on real job sites. If it does not solve an actual problem, it does not ship.
Stable by design
We choose proven technology over trends. Contractors trust QuotCraft with their income, so we treat every release like a production deployment.
European from day one
Peppol, GDPR, multi-VAT, multi-language. We did not add these later. We built the platform around them from the start because our contractors need them.

Our milestones

2023 Q1
QuotCraft is founded in Belgium. Early research with plumbers and electricians across Flanders and Wallonia.
2023 Q3
First private alpha with 12 plumbing and HVAC contractors. Core quotation and digital signature flow validated.
2024 Q1
Private beta launched with 40 contractors across Belgium and the Netherlands. Van Marcke and STG wholesale integration goes live.
2024 Q3
Peppol Access Point certification obtained. The first QuotCraft invoices travel through the Peppol network.
2025 Q1
Expansion to French and German markets. Rexel and Sonepar integrations added. Team grows to 15 people.
2025 Q3
AI quotation assistant launched. Voice input and scope-creep detection tested with 200 beta contractors.
2026 Q1
Public launch across Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, and France. Belgium's Peppol B2B mandate takes effect. All QuotCraft accounts compliant from day one.

Founding & Leadership
Setting the vision and making the hard calls. We started QuotCraft because we saw how much time contractors lost to paperwork, chasing invoices, and managing wholesaler prices by hand. That problem is personal to us.
Engineering & Platform
Building a platform that contractors trust with their income means we take stability and security seriously. Our engineers work on the core infrastructure, API layer, Peppol integration, and the mobile experience.
Product & Design
Our product team spends time with real contractors on job sites and in offices. If a plumber cannot figure out how to create a quote in under two minutes, we have not done our job. Simplicity is deliberate, not accidental.
Customer Success
Onboarding a contractor is the beginning of a long relationship. Our customer success team helps new accounts import their article catalogue, connect to their wholesaler, and send their first Peppol invoice without stress.
Sales & Partnerships
We work with wholesalers, trade associations, and accounting firms across Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and France to make sure QuotCraft integrates naturally into the ecosystems contractors already rely on.
Finance & Operations
Running a SaaS platform that handles invoices, payments, and VAT across four countries takes rigorous financial and operational discipline. This team keeps everything running cleanly behind the scenes.
