Two access models
For one-off clients, QuotCraft sends a secure token link that gives access without an account. For repeat clients, you can invite them to create a persistent account. Both models keep your client list isolated from other contractors on the platform.
Fewer phone calls
The most common calls a contractor receives are: have you received my quotation, what is the status of my invoice, and when does the next phase start? The client portal answers all three without you picking up the phone.
White-label option
On the Enterprise plan, the client portal can be fully white-labelled with your own domain, logo, and brand colours. Your clients see only your business, not QuotCraft.
