Most contractors discover that some jobs take significantly longer than quoted. With QuotCraft time tracking, you build up a history of actual hours per job type. Use this data to set more accurate rates and stop under-quoting labour.
Simple enough for everyone on the team
Your team members do not need training. They open the app, select the job, and tap Start. When they finish or take a break, they tap Stop. The data lands immediately in your project overview.
Time to invoice
Time entries can be used to generate time-and-materials invoices directly. If you quote a job on a per-hour basis, QuotCraft can invoice based on actual logged hours at the agreed rate.
